About Us

Spreading happiness through an unforgettable experience!

Parasailing, sometimes called parascending or parakiting, is your ticket to floating above the ocean like a human kite with a front-row seat to paradise. You’ll be gently lifted from the back of our custom parasail boat, securely harnessed to a specially designed parasail wing that carries you skyward above the world-famous turquoise waters of Grace Bay Beach.

Founded in 1991 by Captain Marvin Pratt, we’ve spent over 35 years perfecting the parasail experience here in Turks and Caicos. With 400,000+ safe flights and a USCG-certified fleet, our experienced crew ensures every take-off and landing is smooth, calm, and completely stress-free.

No jumping. No experience needed. Just breathtaking views of Grace Bay, sea turtles, coral reefs, and that unforgettable feeling of floating 500 feet above paradise.

Unforgettable Adventures for the Whole Family Await

Parasailing, sometimes called parascending or parakiting, is your ticket to floating above the ocean like a human kite with a front-row seat to paradise. You’ll be gently lifted from the back of our boat, securely harnessed to a specially designed parasail wing that catches the breeze and carries you skyward.

As the boat glides across the water, you’ll rise smoothly into the air, leaving the noise behind and trading it for panoramic views, warm ocean wind, and that unmistakable “this is incredible” feeling.

No jumping. No stress. Just a calm, soaring adventure you’ll be talking about long after your feet touch the deck again.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about tickets, tours, and more

We know you’ve got questions—and we’re here with answers!

With decades of experience in the water sports industry in the Turks and Caicos Islands, Captain Marvin’s Watersports is proud to provide activities on the water knowing that our experience in parasailing is unmatched. Our safety record is a testiment to that.

We have two 28′ Premium Custom USCG-certified twelve passenger, and one 31′ Ocean Pro parasail boats. Our Boats are designed specifically for parasailing.

Dress as if you are going to the beach if you want to get wet, otherwise shorts, T-shirts and sandals. Honestly we can fly you in a dress or a tuxedo, remember you don't have to get wet. We suggest you wear whatever you are comfortable wearing on a boat.

No it's actually quite the opposite. Parasailing is very serene and peaceful. Take-offs and landings are slow gentle and controlled making you feel as if you are truly "floating on air".

Absolutely not! If you can sit, you can fly.

No. All take-off and landings are done from the flight deck of the boat.

In the unlikely event of a mechanical failure or malfunction all participants are required to wear life jackets while parasailing. Anyone can fly including the young, old and physically challenged. We are happy to accommodate everyone; if you can sit, you can fly.

    Our Testimonials

Guest experiences that speak louder than words

Had a lot of fun with Captain Marvin & crew. We are a family of 5 and they accommodated us beautifully. Took us out and we were abe to go up as a pair and a trio. Beautiful place, great views. Listened to some solid tunes and the trip was just the right amount of time in the air - not too short not too long. Highly recommend!! Reasonable prices as well!

Our family went parasailing and the Captain and deckhand were top notch. My 11 year old daughter had a great time and the three of us parasailed together and look forward to next time! We saw sea turtles and the reef along Grace Bay is incredible... this is a must do!
